We are pleased to announce an update to the Shark warranty policy that simplifies the process and enhances the overall customer experience of the warranty process.

Previously, the helmet warranty included a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, plus an additional 3 years (totaling 5 years) if the helmet was registered via the Shark Warranty website.

SHARK 5-YEAR WARRANTY

FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

Effective immediately, all helmets will now come with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, including helmets purchased prior to this change — no registration required.

The SHARK 5-YEAR warranty ensures the initial purchaser that any possible manufacturing defect or flaw in the helmet materials will be covered under the SHARK warranty.

Please keep the purchase invoice in the event that you may need to make a warranty claim.
